1. Refund Eligibility
a. Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund may be granted under the following circumstance:
- Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before we begin working on your invitation, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 50% covers administrative, payment processing, and order preparation costs.
b. Full Refund (100%)
A full refund may be granted only under the following circumstance:
- Technical Issues on Our End
If a technical issue caused by us prevents your invitation from being completed or used as intended, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days after being notified, you will be eligible for a full refund.
c. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Invitation Delivered
Once your invitation has been delivered—whether as a draft or the final version—the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund. - Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer, including names, dates, event details, or other content. - Change of Mind or Design Preference
Refunds are not available if you decide to change the design concept, style, or preferences after the project has been completed or has reached the final revision stage. - Delay in Providing Required Information
We are not responsible for project delays caused by late submission of the information or materials required to create your invitation. - Late Refund Requests
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after payment or after the first draft has been delivered will not be accepted.

We will review your request within 1–3 business days of receiving it. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
